Yes, a toxicology screening of Wyatt's blood was done. Toxicology reports, in Hawaii, take approximately 6-8 weeks. Wyatt's toxicology report was done in 6 weeks. There was nothing abnormal in his blood. Wyatt's suspicious death is NOT drug related.

The medical examiner has ruled Wyatt's manner of death as: UNDETERMINED.

The manner of death is a classification on a death certificate based on circumstances surrounding a fatal incident, identifying how the cause of death occurred. The five commonly recognized types are natural, accident, suicide, homicide, and undetermined.

  • Natural: Death solely caused by internal factors, such as disease, illness, or the aging process (e.g., heart attack, cancer).
  • Accident: An unintended, fatal injury or poisoning, such as motor vehicle accidents, falls, or drug overdoses.
  • Suicide: A death intentionally self-inflicted, resulting from an action taken with the knowledge that it could cause death.
  • Homicide: The death of an individual at the hands of another person, or a volitional act by another person, regardless of intent (includes murder, manslaughter, or legal intervention).
  • Undetermined: Used when evidence is insufficient to classify the death into another category, or when information points equally to multiple manners.

This is still an OPEN investigation.
